The German Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma (DGOU) promotes research in the field of orthopaedics and trauma surgery. One of the Society’s approaches to achieving this is by providing networks and platforms for scientific exchange, and by informing on the most recent findings from the field in its different communication media.
The DGOU also presents awards and fellowships in order to support and encourage the research activities of outstanding scientists in orthopaedics and trauma surgery.
